BEST GOLFER
The two golfers with the best and second-best Gross Score would be presented with the Winner and Runner-up trophies.
INTER CLUB TOURNAMENT
Open to members of clubs, it would be played on the Gross format. The club must declare their team comprising of FOUR to SIX members before Teeing-off. The best four cards would be considered to arrive at the team score. In case a club is unable to field a team of four golfers a default score of 126 would be taken as the score for each player short.
INTRA CLUB TOURNAMENT
This will be open to all players representing a particular club. It will be played on the NET format. The winner and runner up from each club would be awarded a trophy. There must be at least four players participating from a club for the Intra Club competition. If there are only three players from a Club, ONLY one prize will be awarded.
BEST GROSS - LADIES
This would be open to all lady golfers and the winner and runner up would be decided on the gross score.
BEST GROSS - GENTLEMEN
This event would be open to all gentlemen golfers who is a Member of a Golf club. It will be played on gross format in the following subcategories.
** 31 December 2023 would be the cut-off date to determine the age of the golfer. for this event. (e.g., For below 30 years category the DOB should be after 31 Dec 1993)
*The last date to submit the Forms along with the entrance fee is 10th February 2024.
*Registration forms submitted without paying the fee will not be considered.
*Caddie Fees Rs. 300/- for 9 Holes & Rs. 600/- for 18 Holes should be paid to the caddies engaged by individual players. This is over & above the Registration Fees.
* A player will be entitled to only one prize, in order to maintain equality, fair play & enthusiasm among all participants.
Game & Prizes
a. Prizes will be given for the Best Gross Score and Net Score.
b. Prizes for the Best Club also will be given considering the gross score of 36 holes over two days of the four members of the team.
c. A Club can have only one team consisting of 4 players. The composition of the team must be informed in advance.
d. Playing Format-Stroke-Play will be followed for Gross score. However, for Net score the ball can be picked up after Par +3. Once the ball is picked up, that player's score will not be considered for Gross Score Prize.
e. The maximum handicap permitted will be 24 for Gentlemen and 28 for Ladies.
f. Prize for first and second from each Club also will be given. Here, handicap submitted by the respective Club will be considered.
