Instructions For Registration & Game Details
- The registration fees will be Rs. 3500/—for the early bird offer until 7 December 2024 and Rs. 4500/—after 7 December 2024.
- The last date to submit the Forms and the entrance fee is 15th December 2024.
- Payment can be made by scanning a QR code or using a UPI ID.
- After making payment, please take a screenshot of the payment, which you must upload during registration.
- Registration forms submitted without paying the fee will not be considered.
- Caddie Fees of Rs. 300/—for 9 Holes and Rs. 600/—for 18 Holes should be paid to the caddies engaged by individual players. This is in addition to the Registration Fees.
- 31 December 2024 would be the cut-off date to determine the golfer's age for the senior citizen category.
- The maximum handicap permitted will be 24 for Gentlemen and 28 for Ladies.
- The Playing Format will be Stableford. The best Stableford Points will be awarded with the Prestigious Cochin Open Golf Tournament Rolling Trophy. To keep the pace of the play, players are requested to pick up the ball after par + 3 shots. However, those who intend to play for the best gross prize need to complete all the strokes for each hole.
